These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of heyimartist (“Website,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and the purchase of digital courses. By purchasing a course, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase courses.
3. Digital Services
We sell digital educational content, including online courses, videos, and downloadable materials. All content is provided for educational purposes only. No guarantees of results are made. Course access is granted for lifetime unless otherwise stated.
4. User Accounts
If account creation is required:
You are responsible for safeguarding login details
Sharing accounts or course access is strictly prohibited
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access in case of misuse or violation of these Terms.
5. Prices & Payments
Prices are listed in EUR (€) and include VAT where applicable
Full payment is required before access is granted
Payments are processed via Stripe and PayPal
We do not store full payment card information.
6. Immediate Access & EU Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU and Croatian consumer law:
By purchasing digital content and accessing it immediately, the customer expressly consents to the immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledges that the right of withdrawal is lost once access has begun, in accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU.
7. Consumer dispute resolution (EU) Consumers may use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform to resolve disputes related to online purchases: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr We do not participate in alternative dispute resolution (ADR) procedures.
8. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products and immediate access:
All sales are final once course access has been granted, except where otherwise required by law.
9. Intellectual Property
All Website content is the exclusive property of Matej Gorup and protected by Croatian and EU copyright law.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, or share any content.
10. License
Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use only.
11. Prohibited Use
You may not:
Share login credentials
Attempt to hack or disrupt the Website
Use content unlawfully
12. Disclaimer
All services are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia.
